Sixth Fleet is governed by two major documents - the Fleet General Orders and the Fleet Constitution. The Constitution provides a basic overview of fleet structure, members' rights, and other basic interests. The General Orders are a set of specific guidelines and policies that apply to matters such as Academic Operations and Disciplinary Procedures.
